Everything was wonderful, big and fashionable room with washing machines. The location was great, in a wealthy area! The place had a family atmosphere.

I loved the room with all amenities, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family. As for me the food is excellent, and they have lots of meals.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, close to Central Park and Songdi Convention centre. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom is large and has a window for natural light. The staff provides exceptional service, as shown by Shane's helpfulness in retrieving a lost item. The facilities are top-notch, including a good Wifi connection and a comfortable bed.

The staff's communication and willingness to accommodate specific requests could be improved.

I booked well-appointed room with washing machines. Its location in Incheon was convenient and perfect, not far from a medical clinic and pharmacy for prescription drugs, Central Park which is well worth a stroll and shopping malls, Lotte mart, restaurants, cafes and various shops.

This very nice business hotel offers a huge variety of big rooms. The location is great and particularly good, 1 mile from Nc Cube Canal Walk. The area is business, with cafés and restaurants near the venue.

The hotel's location in this city was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and Next to Central Park. I could easily walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that was perfect for a small group. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff was courteous and attentive.

My stay during Christmas was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit feel like being at home. They had a complimentary hot cocoa bar and cookies, which was a sweet touch. The location couldn't be better, with amazing food options nearby and great shopping just a short ride away. Also, the view from my room was breath-taking, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

The New Year's Eve party was a bit of a disappointment. The waiting time was too long, and the staff was not able to accommodate the guests who were waiting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location close to restaurants and shops made it very convenient for me. Additionally, being next to Central Park and close to the underground was a huge plus. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service.
